About
Goldy trio
Goldy Trio is, above all, a group of longtime collaborators whose rhythmic precision and fluid accompaniment make them a sought-after ensemble for soloists and jazz enthusiasts alike. Their repertoire pays tribute to the greats of jazz guitar, drawing inspiration from Barney Kessel, Wes Montgomery, and Count Basie, while also embracing the broader legacy of composers like Duke Ellington, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Billy Strayhorn, and Gerry Mulligan.
Their arrangements are crafted with meticulous detail, often evoking the feel of a mini big band, yet they also leave room for moments of spontaneous improvisation, where the music unfolds in real time.
